"Hi, I'm Karina Fraley for Expert Village and today I'm giving you some gift ideas for a Christmas gift for your husband. Well if your husband likes to BBQ, this is actually a fun little gift. It is very inexpensive but I'm sure they are more expensive models out there. So depending on what your budget is and how much you want to spend, you can go out there and shop around. This particular one though is very handy it comes with deattachable attachments. So you basically you just, it has a changeable fork or a prong like this. They both come with safety caps so you can cover it like that and this actually uses 3 triple A batteries. This particular model comes with the batteries already. So you just turn it on and you can select the food that you are cooking so for example if you are making chicken, turkey, fish, beef, veal, lamb, steak, pork all of those different choices are on here. You can set it for whatever meat, your husband can set it for whatever meat he is cooking and it would give him the temperature. This one has a light so if it starts to get dark while you are barbecuing, it has a little light so you can switch off and on. One of the nice things about this is actually if your husband happens to be a lefty, this is actually accommodates that. This display here is for righty but if you press display it turns upside down. Then you can see the display that way. This is a very inexpensive gift but it is kind of fun if your husband is one of those types that likes gadgets, this is a great one."
