How to Check a Paper Tray

" Hi! This is Zak with Expert Village, and today I want talk to you about troubleshooting your printer and why it’s not printing. We’ve already checked our printer to make sure that the power cables plugged in, that the USB cable is securely connected, we have drivers and software on the computer and our printer is loaded with paper and the ink cartridges are filled. but for some reason it’s still not printing. What we’ve got here on this printer is a dual feed system where you can feed paper from the top tray or a lower tray. Right now, the lower tray is the active one, and even though there’s paper in the top tray there doesn’t happen to be any in the bottom tray. The two options to fix this are switch your feed to the top tray or insert paper in the bottom tray and close the tray back up."
