" Hi! This is Zach with Expert Village and today I am going to be talking to you about CD rewritable media. CDRW disks are rewritable which means that after you have burned them and used them you can reuse them. It is essentially recycling with your CD's. When using CDRW's, the advantage of your normal CD is where you might want to constantly update the information you have on a CD you can't because once it is burned, its burned but RW's allow you to erase your media and even constantly update the media. So burning and RW it is pretty much the same process as with any CD. You put it into your drive and when it comes up on your finder desktop you can drag files onto your rewritable CD. To erase a CDRW open up your finder and click on the applications folder. From here you can go to utilities and access the disk utility. Using finder disk utility you can select rewritable media and the list of devices and click on the erase tab. "
