Sony Vegas Music Editing Tips

"Hi I'm Mike Purdy with Expert Village and we're editing our little five second video with sony. Let's say we wanted to add music to this track it's very easy to do I know where music track is so I can go to explore find a music track like this one here for example. Left click on it and I drag it up into the edit window and it will automatically creates another audio track. Let's listen to it and see what we have (playing) let's say I want to take that audio track and I want it to end at that point. I'm going to cut that off and delete this move this now let's play it. (playing) That's sort of almost makes sense musically doesn't it, let's trim this up what I'm going to do is select this and select this by holding the control key. I'm going to slide both of those over (playing)"
