"Hi I'm Mike Purdy with Expert Village and we're editing our little video in sony vegas we just talked about cropping a video, how about moving the video around the screen. That is what this does this is a track motion device we click on track motion, here's what we can do. We can left click here move this around and we're actually moving the video around on the scree, you see the effect of it down there. We can also use this to zoom in on a video the track motion is very interesting because it allows us not only to move this around on the screen and put it anywhere we want, and you see where normal is it's with the x and y lined up. But if this is activated it's an enable rotation on this center circle here, if you left click and move it around the circle it will actually rotate the video. Start out with the video normal when we get up to this point the next one it will rotate to that point, now it will stay rotated to that point until it gets to this and then it will go back to normal. Here's the results to our rotation (playing) now you'll notice that the talent here rotated but the scrolling title did not rotate. Why? Because they were on this timeline here, track motion, control only what's on this timeline here, only what's on this track so that's a little introduction to track motion with sony vegas."
