"Hi, I'm Mike Purdy, once again, for Expert Village and we're talking about Paint Shop Pro. We're not going to get too much into the effects here but I would like to show you one in particular that's kind of nice if you're going to make an image for the website and that's buttonize. What buttonize does is puts a little edge around the picture so that it looks like it is popped out from the picture a little bit. See how we can adjust this and we can do like a transparent edge which is, so it looks like it's pushed out, it's like a little button or we can do a solid edge, more like this and adjust it, there we can adjust the height of it. So that we can turn this image into a button for the web, that's buttonize. We can do the posterize effect, which is, it's a lot like enhancing the contrast in a way. Now I'm gonna show you one of my favorite effects using the tool bar on the left here. Now we've been, so far we've been doing effects by using the buttons up above here, OK. There are also effects that can be done using the tools on the sides. Here's an image of an old car ad, OK, this is your magnify tool, if we want to just magnify a certain segment we can do that. Right clicking zooms us back, left clicking and holding it down and we can keep zooming in by left clicking and zooming out by right clicking with the mouse, OK. Now we're back where we were."
