"Photoshop Express is a registered trademark of Adobe Systems Incorporated, and I am in no way affiliated with Adobe Systems Incorporated. In this lesson, I am going to teach you how to sort your photos and change the way that they are displayed on screen. I'm up here at the top right, you've got some options. On the far left, you've got your thumbnail size; you can change the size of your thumbnail from smallest to at the largest it's going to show just one at a time, and you can scroll through these. You've also got your in-between sizes that you can select as well. To the right of that, it says "View By". If you click there, first thing you can do is you can uncheck a couple of different options. Your name, your ratings, your date, and your caption. If you uncheck those, it's going to take away. I just took away, it's not going to display the file name. I'm going to recheck that. Also, if you come down to sort, you can sort by your newest date, your oldest date, and also by your rating. Over to the right of that, you've got three different icons. By default, it's going to be set to view as a grid of photos, and that's what you're seeing now, and if I come over to the left and click on "View as single image", it's going to show made a larger view of my photos and up here at the top, you've got your thumbnails and you can click between those. Also on the right here, it's got your table of sortable information. What that's going to do is it's going to give you columns of information, and you can sort by these by clicking on those. If I click on "File Name" here, it's going to sort my files by file name, and if I click on it again, it's going to do the reverse of that; its going to sort it backwards. And you can do this by file name, by caption, by when it was taken, by the rating, as well as by a couple of other different options there, but I'm going to go back to grid view. Down here at the bottom right, you've got your information button. If you click there, it's going to show you some more information about your photos, and from here you can add a caption and a rating as well. But, down here below where it says "Advanced" it's going to show you the image size and some information about the camera that it was taken on. But that's how you sort your photos and change the way that they are displayed in Photoshop Express"
