"we are talking about Paint Shop Pro. You can enhance the edges. You can find all of the edges. This is what the effect of the edge tool does. See. If you ever see a photograph or a video image that becomes more like a drawing, that is what the edge tool can do. You can outline an object with the edge tool. Let's undo it. You rode the edges and that is what the effect of the rode the edges is. What it basically does is soften up these edges. There it is with the edges eroded. Let's undo it and you see that it looks much more sharp. Another effect is noise. You can add noise and here you see the effect of that, just add static. It doesn't benefit in this case but you may find that you want to use that. Saturation; there are all sorts of things you can do to filter this."
