iPhoto is Apple's photo editing software that comes standard on all new Macintosh computers. It is part of the iLife software suite for the Mac operating system, and allows users to import, edit, organize & share their digital images.

Expert Matt Nichols shows you how to import images from a digital camera, hard drive, and Apple's Photo Booth software. For those of you who don't know what iPhoto is, it's a piece of software that comes standard on a Mac. What you can do with iPhoto is you can arrange all of your photos and pictures on your computer. You can create what they all albums. These are just virtual photo albums that you can search through all your photos. From there, you can do a lot of different things. You can move them around to different albums and you can also retouch them. You can crop them and do a lot of basic photo adjustments. Then you can print them out. There's a lot of cool other things you can do like you can create calendars and such things. You can send them to the web, create photo casts. There's a lot of different things you can do with iPhoto. The great thing about it, like I said, is that it comes standard on a Mac. Let's go ahead and get into how to use iPhoto. "
