"Now that we have everything saved in a new document, let's go ahead and save this document and start editing our photos. So, as we see here, let's go ahead and save this. Let's hit Command-S to save. Of course I'm going to save this as Apple Bites Back. Save that as a Photoshop document and of course it's going to ask for Maximize Compatibility and of course I’m going to allow that. So now let's see, where are we going to start here? Well, first we're going to start with, let's start with this right here, this one being our top layer. Let's go ahead and bring our layers up here. You can either hit F7 or you can just bring up your Layers Palates through your window layers blah, blah, blah. So since we're going to start with this one, let's go ahead and let's go ahead and erase most of this photo here. So let's go and hit E for my Erase tool. My Ending-Square-Parenthesis-Bar to bring it up and let's go ahead and make this bigger. Let's just go ahead and release this because all I really want is the hand holding the apple. That's going to be the important part. So hit V. Let's bring this down here. Let's go ahead and zoom in by hitting Command-Space-Bar to get in here. Go back to our Erase Tool. Holding Shift and hitting our End-Space Bar we're actually going to bring up our hardness of our brush. Hitting Ending-Space Bar, Square Space Bar of course. We're going to bring our brush down some and just going to erase like so. Oops. Not too much there. Oh, well I just brought the whole thing back. Anyway, so there we go. That's our first layer and let's go ahead and name this while we're here. Let's name this one Apple In Hand. There we go. Now I'll stop here and we'll work on the next section."
