"Alright. We have our planet, our water, and our land there. Now we need to give it a little bit of atmosphere, some clouds. So, let's come up here to our file here. And let's go in here. Let's create a new layer. Let's call this layer-we're going to call this layer "Clouds." Clouds, there we go. I've spelled it right. Good. Now let's go down here-we're just going to "Option," or Command-Click on this to select the whole circle here. Now, of course, to create clouds, we're going to actually use the filter named "Clouds." Aha. So, let's go to "Render Clouds." There we go. We've kind of covered it now. Let's do this. Let's do a inverse of that. So let's go to "Render, Difference Clouds." There we go. Now, we've got a little something going on. Now, let's hit Command-I. There we go. I've kind of inversed it a bit. Now, let's go to adjustments. Let's go to "Image, Adjustments." Let's do-let's go down to brightness contrast. I think we can play with this quite a bit here. Let's take our brightness down to negative thirty. And our contrast, let's take it up to ninety-five. There we go. Now we're starting to get some cloud cover in there. Not so bad. Now, let's-let's go ahead and blur this a little bit. Let's motion blur this. Let's actually hit "Ok" and accept this. Let's go to "Filter, Blur." Let's go ahead and do a motion blur on this. Look at that. It's starting to get kind of crazy there. So, let's see. Angle, we'll leave it at zero. We'll do distance at like, let's do it like a hundred and twenty or something. That's not so bad there. It's looking pretty good. We'll leave it right here, and we'll pick it up in the next part."
