"Hi! I’m Ross. Thanks for coming to expertvillage.com, let’s begin. How do you change the location of your task bar? It’s one of the most simplest things to do, but the number of calls I received about, Oh, my task bar is at the top or it’s at the left or at the right and how did it get there? Well, you do need to be careful when the mouse is moving around. That pointer, as it crosses over something if you happened to push down the left mouse button, it will drag it. Now, look at that, it’s not going to any place. That’s because it’s locked. If I right click on the task bar and say click on lock the task bar, that check mark will go away. There is a little bit of different look to it. There are little drag bars here, and there is also a bar here to change its size. Now I can drag it and let up, and now it’s off to my right or I can drag it to my left or I can put on top, whatever suits you. I’ll put it back down on the bottom. I’ll right click, and lock it so I cannot accidentally drag it."
