"Hi, I am Gary for Expert Village. So let me go ahead and show you how you can access your Gmail account through Outlook. What we want to do is go up to tools and click on our email account and we are going to add a new email account, then click on next. This email account is going to be a typical email dial up account. It is going to be called a POP3 and you select that and hit next and now we have the main window of where to set the configurations so Outlook knows to contact Gmail to get all of our emails. So over here we are going to start filling out in the name we should put the full name and the email address should be the full email or full Gmail address that we use. And our user name again should be even though it automatically puts in the first name before the @ sign, we should put in our full email address on this box. So we are going to put in the same thing, our Gmail address and then our password that we usually use to access our Gmail account and our incoming server is the same for all Gmail accounts. It should be g..., I'm sorry it should pop3.gmail.com and the sntp would be the same sntp.gmail.com."
