"Hi, I am Gary for Expert Village. When we schedule events on our calendar in Outlook, the maximum amount of time that is listed for a reminder is two weeks. We see that we can schedule the event and once we schedule the event the reminder when it is turned on, the maximum amount of time to schedule the reminder is two weeks. Now what happens if we want to schedule an event? Sometimes we have a sales meeting that is only going to take place in the six months for now. So we want to be able to schedule that reminder immediately at the same time that we are scheduling the appointment because otherwise for sure it is going to be forgotten and it is much more convenient that way. So there is a way to do that. You are not limited to the two weeks that is listed there. There is actually, you can go ahead and delete that and you can put in a different criteria in the box. We can actually set the reminder to be in minutes or in days or in weeks. So if you want it to be in eight minutes, we would just put an eight with a small m and that will schedule a reminder in eight minutes. If we want to put in eight days, it would be eight with a small d and if we want to put in eight weeks, it would be eight with a w."
