"Hi, I am Gary for Expert Village. Let me show you an easy tip that many people don't know about but it is very helpful. I am going to show you how to change the text in the subject field of any incoming email in our inbox. Now this helps us put in our own text so that we can remember or we can identify this email a lot easier if we want to go back to it at a later date. So let's just take a test email and now that it is opened, we see here that this area is grayed out and most people think that because it is grayed out, there is no changes that can be made to it. But it really is not true. We can go ahead and just take the whole subject field and we can actually change the text and call it something else. I will put this as a promotion for example and can go ahead and save it like that, just click somewhere else on the email and now it is saved and now my subject field is a text that makes it easier for me to remember what this email is about. So it is a very simple tip, but very helpful."
