"Hi, I'm Gary for Expert Village. Once we have a few slides when we're ready to view our presentation. We would want to go to the slide show menu, and click on "setup show". Over there, we see that there are a few options that are important. Now, one of them is "which slides to include in our presentation" that we can by default we include all of them. But if we want to keep slides actually in the presentation, but we don't want them to be seen. For those, we don't want to delete them because we might need the information, but we don't want to show it to let's say a particular crowd, or if it's specific to a type of company name or person, so we might want to just take individual slides out. We do it by just putting in the numbers (the range) of slides that we want to include. There are some other options here that are very important. We have the ability to select how the presentation is going to be viewed. It could either be viewed in a full screen, or in a window, or in a kiosk mode which is basically also a full screen size without any toolbars without anything. Its just one large screen for presentation. We also have different options here to loop continuously until someone hits escape, meaning each of the slides are just gonna keep going even at the end of the presentation. We also have the ability to take out any kind of narration or any narration we put in. Basically this is the way to setup the presentation beforehand, before it's actually finalized and shown."
