"Hi! I'm Gary for Expert Village. And then we have on the right hand side, we have different options to configure the slide that will change the way the template of the slide will look. Here we can have the text appear all in one line, you can have it appear in two columns and we have here the title of one column of text in here. Click to add text because we see here, that it is two columns in the template design and we can also have template designed with just images. Here we see that we clicked on a template design that has a title and we have images that we put in. Here we have a template design that will give us one column on the left and two small options to put in more text with more pictures. So all of these help us. They are kind of like templates and all we have to do is click on it. We can go ahead and put in any kind of image or here it is going to ask us which image we want to insert. We can just go ahead and click on image as a sample. We see that it appears here that it can be dragged and made bigger. So these are just ways of creating a template where it is much easier to slip in text or images. We see here on top we have a menu bar. Most of the menus that are showing now apply to the text editing features and we see here that we have the name of our text and the size of the editing features. If we want to view any more tool bars, we just go to the view menu and click on tool bars and we can just click on or turn on any kind of tool bar that we want. Here I will turn on the word art tool bar that appears over here. If we want, we can go ahead and drag it up to the top and it will be truncated but it will appear up on top of our main tool bar window. We see here now that the word art tool bar appears. We can go ahead and change the text to all types of editing features and this is just another tool bar that we can go ahead and put into our window. Over here on the side where we saw the different layout of the template of the slides, we can go ahead and turn that on and shoot that off. Here is the x and we can just shut off the whole slide layout and it disappears. We want to see it again because we want to create a new slide and we would like it to appear again, we just go ahead and click on the view menu. Then we have over here in the view menu, the task pane and we go ahead and click it. We see that it appears again so that is how to make these menus that are very easy to work with but very necessary to work with. We can go ahead and turn them on and shut them off at our convenience."
