How Alliances Work in Travian

"Okay, now you have joined an alliance, but how to access it. There are two ways to access your alliance. The first is to go to that tab that John was talking about earlier, the one with all of the statistics and click the alliance button. You will see your alliance immediately, or rather your alliance tag. This is a shortened, three or so letter version of your alliance, a short name for it. You click on that, you are in your alliance. The second way, go to your embassy, click on that; you are in your alliance. Now there are several things to see here in your alliance. First, who your alliance is allied with; people that they are friends with. Second, who your alliance has agreed not to attack, non-aggression pacts or "naps". Third, who your alliance is at war with. After that you can see all of the people in your alliance, their populations, and see where you stack with them. Now if you are done with the alliance over view, click on the button that brings you to the more specifics, to your forum. When you are in your forum you will see many different topics. You should immediately begin talking to people. Now do not be annoying about it, but make sure that you are not becoming invisible. Do not be a wall flower. Here you will also receive messages from your alliance leaders telling you what is going on, who you might be going to war with, strategies, plans, who people are going to be settling with next as well as just fun; fun talk, general chat."
