"Hey everybody, my name is Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Alright, at some point your going to want to be able to sync up the songs on either track so that they're playing at the same speed, and then you'll be able to cross fade between them. Virtual DJ makes this pretty easy for you to do. If you notice underneath each wave form, there is a series of dots and these represent the beat of your song. Virtual DJ will automatically sense these, and is usually pretty good about doing so. Then what you can do is, you can either manually adjust the speed of your table so the beats match up, or you can go down here and hit the beat lock button. If you hit the beat lock button on the right it will adjust the speed so that it matches the table on the left, and vice versa. So if I go and hit that, you'll notice that the speed changes and if I cue it up, you'll notice that the beat markers are in the same place now. What you can do with this is you can play both sides of the table, and you can cross fade between them. You might have to hold down on the table so that it pauses, and let go when the beat comes by, but I should be able to cross fade now. So let's go ahead and try that! Now I should be able to cross fade. Some tracks work better than others, but as you can see that's the general way of syncing up your tracks."
