"Hi my name is Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. A lot of times people get really frustrated with azureus because they'll notice that they're downloads aren't going as quickly as they like them to. Usually, the major problem with this is a firewall, you may have a firewall turn off the windows or you may going through a router like most of us are. So what you need to do is open some ports on your router you can go up to tools and click on options and click on connection, to the right there you'll see connection and below there you'll see incoming tcp/udp listening port there's going to be a five digit number and that's the port you need to open up, in order to open up this port your going to want to open your web browser, the procedure that you use to open the ports is going to differ a lot depending on the router that you have. I have a dealing co router, so if you have a dealing co router the procedure is going to be similar your going to want to go up into the address bar and type in 192.68.0.1 and click enter, and if that doesn't work your going to want to check your instruction manual a lot of times your going to want to get, your going to get a box that ask for your user name and password, and your router instruction manual should tell you what to put in here. In most cases you put in admin and you can also type in either the password usually is usually default at admin, or in this case there's no passwords so I'm going to put in admin and leave the password blank and click okay, and its going to take me to a page that looks like this, and in this case click on advance, and click on applications, and type in azureus as the name of the ports that I'm going to open and go ahead and change the the type to udp and type in the port that's the five digit number does is in the connection window, and I'm going to put that in and apply that, and there's a lot of different routers and interfaces that you might have to get in the internet and figure that out for yourself.
