"Alright, this is Franklin with Expert Village, again I am talking about how to use Nero. Now this one, for instance an MPeg2, this is a very highly compressed file but it also doesn't take up a lot of space so if you don't have a lot of space on your computer this is a great, Mpeg2's a great mode. NTSC, that is the American format 29.97, the FPS, means frames per second, so when you are watching videos in an American format, in NTSC, then you want to have 29.97, that means you are going to see twenty nine images per second for you video. The aspect ratio, that is talking about the screen so when you have a screen, let's say you have a wide screen TV, it's going to be 16 by 9, whereas a regular television old school TV, is a 4 by 3 frame size with 720 by 480 pixels, this is your basic minimal amount for anything that is not going to be on web, you want to keep it 720 by 480, so let's say for instance, say you don't want to use 29.97 and you don't want to use this figure, you go to configure, you go to your video mode, now if you are in another country you have plenty to choose from, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand so if you have, but the United States is always NTSC. Okay, on the DVD video you've got your 4 3 again, or if you have a 16 by 9 television and you would rather play it in that, you know you pick and choose whichever one that you want to capture it in."
