"iStopMotion is a registered trademark of Boinx software, and I am in no way affiliated with Boinx software. In this clip, I'm going to teach you how to add a sound track to your movie in iStopMotion. If you want to make sure that you have the view tab selected down here at the bottom right and bring down your options underneath soundtrack. To add a file, all you have to do is click the gear button over here beside file and select load. You need to choose the file you want to add as your sound track. I'm going to add a song I created in Garage Band and click the open button there. After it finishes loading, you're going to get a wave form down here at the bottom that you can use to reference and match up your animations. I'm going to go ahead and play this. As you can see, it plays the music. You can mute it by clicking the button here at the bottom left. That's just going to mute it. It's not actually going to delete your song. If you want, you can uncheck the play soundtrack button here at the top right. That's going to also do pretty much the same thing. It's just not going to play it. If you want, you can offset your song as well. If I change this to 1, that's not going to play my song until 1 second in, as you can see. If at any time you want to replace your song, you can click the gear button here and select replace and choose a new song that you want to add. You can also remove the song as well by clicking here and selecting remove. That's how you add a soundtrack to your movie."
