"Hey everybody! My name is Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. I've opened up Numbers. You'll notice that it looks like in Pages, you're going to be presented with a template window just like you were in Pages. From here, you can select a template that you like. I'm just going to open up a blank one there. It's going to give me just a plain looking spreadsheet here. You'll notice over here on the left, it says sheet and underneath that it says sheet 1 and then table 1. You can have multiple what they call sheets, which are just like sheets of paper. If I right click and select new sheet or I can also select the add new sheet button up here. That's going to give me another sheet and I can switch between the two. I can also add multiple tables on a sheet. To that, just come up to tables and select the type of table you want. You've got a couple of different kinds to choose from. I'm just going to add a basic one. Like I said, you can switch between the sheets. You can have multiple tables per sheet, don't forget that. I'm going to select this table right here. If you come down underneath styles, you can change the general style of your tables just really quickly. Of course, you can go in and change the colors of each individual cell. We learned how to do that with the tables and pages. You can add the styles really quickly. They're to differentiate your different tables if you want. I'm going to open up the inspector. If you come over to the tables tab, you should be familiar with this from adding tables and pages. You can do some different things to it. You can change the different height of the different rows individually there. You can also change the width of the columns individually as well. You can change how the borders look on each cells and such things as well. This is where you change the colors of the cells individually."
