Zoomify Photoshop CS3 Tutorial

"Adobe Photo Shop is a registered trademark of Adobe Systems Inc., and I am in no way affiliated with Adobe. O.k, so in this tutorial I'm actually going to speak to you about zoomify. Zoomify is something that a lot of people don't know about. But, when you're working with zoomify it actually builds different blocks for you, so that you can actually view something on the internet at extremely high resolution. So, if I wanted to view this huge panorama on the internet, you can do it kind of like a virtual tour. Now, if you had, say for instance one picture that was a high resolution picture, and I can actually show you that in just a second. But, on this one were going to kind of like a virtual tour with it. So, what we want to do is you want to hit image, actually you want to go to file, export, zoomify, and I'll zoom in for you so you can see the zoomify, click zoomify. Now, you can actually set zoomify as the zommifier viewer with a navigator, and I think that's the best deal, and were going to do it on, say for instance, a black background. Now, you want to set a folder to send it to, and I'm just going to send it to this folder, and you can actually minimize or maximize. I'm just going to keep it at high. Four-hundred by four-hundred, I think the width needs to be a lot longer than height. So, I'm actually going to do like eight-hundred by four-hundred, and you want to click open in web browser, as I have right here, and hit o.k., and it's automatically going to bring up something for us to look at, and it's actually on the internet. As you can see, it's a long view of what we have done, and it comes out to us kind of like a virtual tour, as you can see. Now, we actually have a way to zoom in, and see actual detail, or you can zoom out, to see the whole thing, which is kind of cool, and you also have this dialog box up here, that you can actually go back and forth. So, that is zoomify, and not shown you can link this on to your website or, whatever, and use it as a virtual tour. So, basically that's it for zoomify."
