"This is Kyle with Expert Village and I'm going to be talking about some tips for Sony Acid Pro. So now over here on the file I'm going to quickly run through this because I mainly want to get to the stuff where you can make music. New, open, it's the same sort of things, you've got your render buttons, distracting audio from the CD, the properties, so a lot of the same things. This is your recent documents, so you know kind of the basic setup as a word or any program. Here you have a lot of the same things, like I said that's over here that's why I like using this little bar, you've got everything you really need. I usually go with just the standard ruler marks for what I'm going to do and I like to enable snapping so that way I'm popping it too. See, as it goes it will automatically stop at the next ruler mark. If you want to go a little bit more detailed you can go in measures and quarter notes, 1/8. It snaps down to very, very small increments and so this is for very detailed maybe while you're doing music editing."
