"I'm going to take one of these, I'm going to take this building, and I'm going to drop it into the composition. Now there are a number of ways to do that. I can just grab the icon and drag it over to the composition window and then let go and it's there. Or, the best way I think to do it is to drag this, grab the item you want and drag it right over the comp1 icon. Because when you do that it automatically places the item correctly in the frame. You don't have to resize it. You don't have to adjust it. You don't have to move it around. After Effects automatically composes the item so that it fits the pixel aspect ratio you've set up in your composition, and that's very useful. So, in other words if we just drag this from here to the composition window, well I might not get it right and you can see the building is kind of skewed and off and it needs to be resized and so forth."
