"This is Kyle with Expert Village and I'm going to be talking about some tips for Sony Acid Pro. Rename your files, sometimes when you open up a program or you open up a file it might be a generic name, so you always want to give it a name that you'll know so that way you have a quicker reference of it as you're looking up and down here. At the end of that particular loop you will see this little notch right here. This notch means that's when the loop starts over. So the music continues until you see that notch, so that's the beginning of the loop so you'll know there's the beginning cause you can see the little notch. Now whereas before it was just one single bit of information basically one small bit of music like this. The loop allows you to pull it out as long as you want. So if wanted to make this 10 minutes or 2 hours however long you wanted. For the sake of the fill we are going to leave it pretty small. I'm going to bring this drum beat down which it sounds like this. So let's see how it is, we have a fill going into a regular drum beat. So now go back to the beginning, just press down. You have your basic control panel of course, so press your play button. Now as the music plays you'll notice that it's a continual beat there. So that's the great thing of about Acid that you could really create this fill of a loud drummer because you could go in and you could get fills and you can get things that were Acid loops that were recorded in real recording studios by real drummers on real drums and you could put them right there in just literally 30 minutes you could have you a nice full sounding drum set with fills and rips and going in from your versus to your chords and everything is going to be right there. So it's a great little tool."
