"JOHN CARSTARPHEN: Hi, this is John Carstarphen for Expert Village. So, here's the standing keyframe and we're going to do the same thing here. Now that we have our movement isolated, we can go in and adjust the arms and legs and so forth. So, let's do that quickly. Let's make sure that we have a nice pose to end up with. I'm just making some tweaks. And what I'm doing here is just manipulating the dials, the morph dials so that we end up with a nice pose. So, there's the walk, the stop, the stand, and then the sit."
