Video Transcript

"JOHN CARSTARPHEN: Hi. This is John Carstarphen for Expert Village. And so, here we are in the Face Room in Poser. And once you open up the Face Room, you're given a random face to begin working with. Below that, you have a preview of what your final texture will look like. And then off to the left here, we have places for our photographs. And so, what we'll start doing is adding our photographs. And when you begin adding photographs, this menu will come up and it'll ask you to click here and click here and that begins a basic lineup. And before you do anything else, you'll have to adjust or resize the photograph to fit the face. Now, you can see that the photograph doesn't line up with the face at all. But that's okay, that's normal. That's what the red lines and the green dots are for. We're going to do a phot lineup first. And that's just simply a matter of grabbing the green dots. Let's turn the face around so we have a more frontal view. And up here at the top of the face sculpting window are the manipulation tools, the view tools that allow you to rotate or move around your object to get a better view."
