"JOHN CARSTARPHEN: Hi. This is John Carstarphen for Expert Village. Next we're going to look at the Face Room, and what we have are several photographs of the model that we're going to apply to a 3D model in Poser. And these photographs were taken at a fairly large size and that's what you'll want to do--try to get them to at least about 2000 pixels. We're opening the photos in Photoshop now. And we have a front view, a couple of several different frontal views, and what we're going to try to do is match the color and lighting and so forth. So, here's one face facing front. Here's another one. We may want to use this one. The lighting is pretty good, although there are some specular highlights on her face. So let's look at another one. And this one is a little bit too washed out. We lose a lot of the detail in the face that we want to have to appear on the map, so we'll close this one out. And I think we'll go with this one. It's got a shadow off to the side of her face here, which is not a great thing, but we'll try it and see how it works."
