"JOHN CARSTARPHEN: Hi, this is John Carstarphen for Expert Village. So, as you're setting up your figure to have cloth, a cloth or hair dynamics simulation, allow yourself at least five to 10 frames of draping. That allows the cloth or hair to settle and to begin its calculation and to lay across the figure in a realistic way. And we're going to take the default settings here of cloth vertex against polygon, object polygon and then we click OK. The next thing we do is clothify an object by pressing the Clothify button. We're going to clothify this, the evening dress #2, click the Clothify button, and now the dress is ready to be simulated through a dynamics operation."
