"JOHN CARSTARPHEN: Hi, this is John Carstarphen for Expert Village. What happens in the dynamics simulation is that because there's no real mass to polygons or points in a 3D application or figure, the dynamic objects have to do very complex algorithms to figure out where all the curves are, the angles are, the movements are, so it's just a mathematical calculation and that's what's known as a simulation. So, it's simulating real-world physics because there are no real-world physics actually in the program itself. So, the first thing we're going to do is we're going to delete this simulation and then we're going to create a new simulation and we'll call it Sim_1. We have 50 frames of animation, and we're going to have a Cloth Draping of 10 frames. And what this means is that the calculation of the simulation will begin minus 10 frames from the start of the animation."
