There are 2 Methods to get to the USER ACCOUNTS panel

FIRST METHOD :
CLick on START
Choose CONTROL PANEL
Click on USER ACCOUNTS -
Step 3
SECOND METHOD:
Click on START
Choose RUN
type NUSRMGR.CPL
Press ENTER or OK -
Step 4
Once you have the USER ACCOUNTS panel Open,
Click on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT -
Step 5
Name the new account

Step 6
Read carefully and Pick an ACCOUNT TYPE

Step 7
Click on CREATE ACCOUNT
