    Get some treats that your small dog really likes. Find a treat that really motivates your dog.

  2. Step 2

    Find a sturdy table that you can put your small dog on. With your dog on the table it will make it much easier for you to do the training.

  3. Step 3

    With your dog on the table you can start to train the sit, down, stand and stay commands. It's important that your dog is never left unattended on the table.
