"We finished our sound mix and we open up original edit project in this case it was cut in final cut pro. I want to import the audio and get it back into the session so I can output it in final video tape. So, I will go over to file and import and I'm going to look for a file, not a folder. I put it on my desktop in this case so I can find it nice and easy. There is my mixed soda movie and I'm going to go ahead and import that. It's going to appear back right over here. Here is my final mix. Now, why is it going to be in sync? A little trick that I did is bought in my quicktime movie and I put it right at the head of the session. I made my file starting at the start of the session. So there for it's going to have the same exact start point, so I don't have to worry about that. That's a good trick. Make your start point the same start point as your quicktime movie or project in you will be in sync every time. Let's bring it down and drop it into a track. Now, I have my final mix brought in. I can go ahead mute those other tracks if I want. I can play the final mix. So you can hear the combination of tracks. That's the way to do it like that. Ok, now have our final mixed audio in a track along with our high quality video and we have the ability now to output the best quality we can. We have our regional video and our mixed audio and we can output the tape. So that's the best way to do it."
