"Let's talk about how we get our sound track out of Pro Tools. One thing you'll notice is that when I started doing this sound mix I did a couple pick ups. So I have a couple individual files, it's not one single file, so I actually have to make sure that it's one complete track. So, what I'll do is I'll highlight the beginning, I'll hold shift and then click on the end. I'll highlight the entire track. At this point, what I'll do is I'll go over to my audio suite and I'll go over to duplicate. What that is going to do is actually going to take those individual files and make it into one track for me. So, that's what I want to do. That's step one, we'll process that. Now I'll have a complete left and a complete right track. If I double clicked on it, it says mixed duplicate, well, how about if we just call it mixed silly movie. That's what we have. It's really important to label stuff. Next thing is I want to export this so that my file tech can see it. So, what I want to do is I'll click on in, I'll highlight it, either way by finding it in region bin right over here, and I'll export it. So, in that case, what I need to do is export my file. To do that, there's a couple of different ways, I'll show you the key command but first I'll show you how to export from here. On top of the regions bin, you click on the diamond next to regions and then we go export file as, right there. And, we want to make it a stereo file, we'll keep a wav. file. We don't want to make it 24 bit, we'll make it 16 bit. That's exactly what I want, I want an Interleaf file, it's a stereo file. Right now Pro Tool works with multiple tracks so it is important to make it a stereo track. Right now, I want to choose where I want to put it. I'm going to put it over in my, let's just throw it in our desktop for now. We'll go choose and we'll export. On our desktop we get to see our final product. Right there, silly movie"
