"Let's talk about one of the other options that we can look at on the edit window and the mixed window as well. That's the auxiliary sends. That enables us to split off the signal from any track and send it to anywhere else. Anywhere else we want to go. In this case, let's do something fun, let's make an auxiliary track that has a reverb plug in on it. So, we'll go ahead and make a new track, we'll do the fastest way is command, shift, end. And, we're going to make a stereo, aux. input. And, we're going to rename it reverb or rev. as I like to do it, and we'll put a reverb plug in on there. We'll go over to our multi-mono reverb, there we go reverb. Now I have the ability to send anything I want to this input, I haven't picked an input yet. So, let's pick bus eleven and twelve. Now, what I need to do is send some audio from one of these tracks. Let's go ahead and create an aux. send on our tracks. When we choose view, it enables us to see all the other auxiliary sends on all the tracks. So, I'm going to go to view, I'm going to go down to sends A through E, and I've a choice of whether I see one aux. send or all five. In this case, let's pick assignments. What we'll do is we'll see what will appear, right here, on my edit window we'll have sends A through E. Then I'll see all the places I can put a send. Right now they're blank. What I want to do is that I want to add a little reverb to the end of that music pass, okay? What I'll do is I'll send the audio to my bus nine and ten. That's where my reverb lives right down there. No actually, it's bus eleven and twelve. Make sure we send it to the right place, bus eleven and twelve. Now I'm going to send the audio from this track over to that fader and let's see what happens. At the very end of that music track, what I've done is I've sent the very end to the reverb track and now the reverb rings out. If I mute that you can hear the difference. From adding a little extension on there, it gets a little dramatic. But, that's one way of sending audio from one place to another."
