Video Transcript

"BRANDON KARON: The MacBook Air introduced another type of cool technology called the Micro-DVI which is a small type of adapter. This is the guy right here, plug it right into the side and it gives you either a full DVI monitor connection or a full VGA monitor connection. Now--with these guys they'll allow you to hook them up to--hook up your MacBook Air for instance to a projector or a monitor. So if you have a keynote presentation that you are working on, you wanted to show it to prospective clients or even just your family on a wide screen television. You can just plug it in with the appropriate cable; plug it right in the back of the TV or projector or monitor and there you go. This should automatically generate the proper resolution and gather the display properly. Now this is where they go on the MacBook right here next to the USB port. We have the Micro-DVI port. Now, you just plug it right in. It's plug and play and that's it and there's your Micro-DVI ports."
