"BRANDON KARON: The MacBook Air is designed to be an ultraportable machine. Aside from its thin features, it's purely wireless. There's no Ethernet jack in the side for internet, so Apple had to use the wireless spectrum. Now, the newest type of wireless technology is called 802.11n and theoretically, you can get transfer speeds at 300megabits and you can get 200 or 300 foot range with 802.11n which is great. Apple took that a step further and they--if you take apart the MacBook Air, you could see that the antenna actually protrudes out to the monitor casing which gives you a better antenna sig--better signal. And to access your wireless network, it's just like on any other Mac, you go up to the very top here where it shows the antenna strength icon basically. It's on the toolbar. You click on that and it'll show you a list of your available networks and all you gotta do is click on the network. If there's a little lock next to it that means that it's protected by a password so all you gotta do is enter the password and then click "connect" so you could--so click "connect" to connect. And there you go, those are the wireless features in MacBook Air."
