"BRANDON KARON: The MacBook Air is the world's thinnest laptop. It's razor thin. It measures at 0.76 inches which is just about three quarters of an inch thick at its thickest point and it's 0.16 inches thin at its thinnest point. It's razor thin. It's extremely light, comes in at about 3 pounds. The casing itself is made up of aluminum and it doesn't scratch and it also adds to the thinness and the lightness of the machine. When you put it in your bag for instance, it just disappears. For instance I got here like a day planner. I can just open up my day planner, stick the computer right in there and--wrong pocket. You stick the day planner, take the computer, stick it right in the day planner. It's like your not even carrying a computer. You go to the office, you open up, you still can't even see it in the day planner. You take it out and this is your computer. Simply amazing."
