"Hi Chris Cobb for Expert Village. So we've just broken down our first scene. and if you look at this a version broken down with markers you'll see that it's not that different then what we saw. So let's go ahead and put all of these elements into our breakdown sheet in EP scheduling. So let's simply add the information from the script that we just read into the breakdown sheet. Start up here with the scene with scene number one if you recall. It was exterior Tini Bick's bar in Seattle. I always cap this because of the way I want it to appear on the production strips it makes it stand out and you can see your locations very easily and sort them much easier. It was night if you recalled and it was two eighths of a page so I keep this as zero and I go to this zero here and I put in a two that's two eighths of a page. Then I write my synopsis. It's Seattle cabs splash by. Also I add script day. Now within the script this is the first day of the script not the first production day or first day of filming but the first day in the script so I add it here. The rest of it I don't bother with for the moment. Now we go down to elements. They're no cast members so let's just jump in right to background actors. You can add them here, in a category itself. We are going to say drivers. The other way we can do it and the way I prefer is to go up to breakdown and go to element quick entry. It pulls up a new screen it's called element quick entry and here we can actually add in the rest of them. Passengers let's make sure and right here is background actors. Ok then we click new. Now we also want to add bar hoppers again in background actors. Click new. We can see that everything is listed here. We also want to add the cabs and we don't want to add them to background actors obviously. We want to add it to vehicles so there we go. New now it's added. Finally let's add rain. Rain goes into effects. So special effects new add it and it added it. We close this screen. Wait a minute I forgot to add our taxi ad. So there we go. Now we've got our first breakdown sheet."
