All right, now it's time to talk a little bit about the way wings work. Wings work off of a system called induced lift. Essentially, it changed the dynamic airflow of the relative air on coming to the wing. Another type is dynamic lift, this type of lift would be, essentially, wind blowing against the kite, pushing outward. For all the aircraft and flight simulator uses a principle called induced lift. Essentially, as the wing is travelling through the air, it splits the air into two sections. The air running across the top section of the wing, has to travel faster and thus, creates a lower pressure, thus creating lift. The angle of attack on an aircraft's wing is essentially a center line that would be drawn in the center of the wing if you're looking at it from a cross section. You measure your angle attack relative to relative wind. Relative wind does not always necessarily come from the direction of flight path, so you're always going to want to measure your angle of attack relative to your direction of flight.
