DREW NOAH: So now I'm going to show you how you can tag your Production Items in your Screenplay. And basically by Production Items, I mean all of those things that you can add to your Production Library that I showed you earlier. And by tagging, I mean I can associate this particular item I've added to its counterpart in my script and access that information straight from my script by double-clicking and making it in a different a color so it's easy to see. So to do this, we have to open up our little window over here, and I opened it up by hitting this little button on the end. And you can see it says: Production Items. So you've got your Category, and then you can see some of these categories we've already been through like Characters and Props, Actors, and so on. So I can see these characters right here are taken directly from my Character folder in my Project Library. So I can associate these in my script. So I have a character set up for Drew, and here he is in my script. And before we get started, I just noticed how wrong my script is. I don't know why my computer desk is outside. It should be INT for interior. So also, when you first introduce a character, you want them in all caps. So you can see how this comes in useful. So to tag it, I'm just going to highlight it and then I'm going to go over to my Production Items sidebar. I want to go to the Category and choose Character, and then you can see all my characters are right here. So I just hit Drew and tag it. Hit the little Tag button down there. So you can see, it highlights 'cause now it's associated with this Drew right over here. And when I double-click on it, it's going to bring up the name and the description that I entered over here. Let me just go back to my screenplay and see if I can get it to pop up. It's not popping up. I probably need to save it. Here we go, save it. And there you can see, it pop right back in there. So it's pulling the description from my Character Profile that I added to my Project Library. Of course, any media would also be right here. It's not a full character profile. It's only giving me the Name and Description and Media. But it's still pretty cool that you can access that information quickly straight from your script. So of course, you can do this for all sorts of items. Let me show you how to add a new Production Item to your Project Library without even doing it over here, doing it straight from my script. So I'll select a computer. I want that to be a prop. So I go to a category, Props, and then since it's not already in there, I can select New and I can enter the name and description, whatever. And then I'll tag it, and you can see it's tagged just like the character. And now, it's in my Props item--my props. I didn't actually add it over here. Let's see if I'm good. No, I didn't actually added over here so I wanna--that's probably a better idea to add it from the Project Library but it did worked. I can add the name and description real fast right here from the script. But that's how you tag items on the Screenplay Editor, tag them to your Project Library or connect them to your Project Library.
