DREW NOAH: So the next item that I'm going to show you--you can add to your Project Library is the actor. And you can see this will also be a very useful thing to have especially when you're playing in the production and selecting your actors for certain parts and characters in your screenplay. So this pops up right here near the top. Again, it's near the top because it's pretty much the most important thing. So you can name it and choose the folder. I'm going to show you one that's already made up in this example. It's a made-up actor. So this is the Actor Profile. And you've got a Description and you've got Media. This is probably be a great thing to have, head shots or anything like that right here. And then down here, you've got Role, and another convenient little Picklist. And you can see here all the characters that I have in my Project Library available for me to pick from. So I can associate this actor profile with the character that is, of course, in my screenplay. So you could see how it's all tying together. So you've got the Role. We've got Comments, Availability, very important, Start Date and End Date. And again, just like every other one, I can minimize this as I wish. Contact Information, of course, is very important: Name, Phone Number, Email, Cell, Comments, Address and then a URL. Here's one that's available. And then a Detailed Physical Description, probably a good thing as well, especially if maybe you're not exactly sure. If your actor fits the part yet, you could have multiple actors that could fill different roles and then you want a detailed physical description because you're going to want to know who's going to fit it the best, besides going to the audition process obviously. Then you've got Wardrobe Sizes, another important thing for whoever is handling wardrobe on your set. This could be where they would go to, to figure this stuff out, or where they would go to fill this information out once they have the wardrobe sizes from the actor. So that's how you add the actor profile item to your Project Library. Another--well, I consider some of the more important things that you can add to your Project Library.
