"In self defense for kids a real possibility might be getting strike, struck at the head with a circular strike to the side of the head the first and for most thing you want to do is get out of the way. So as the strike comes you simply step off the side. And then you want to use your fist, your hammer fist to help even increase your chances of effectiveness as far as disabling them and getting away. So as the strike comes you get out of the way; one hand goes up here, one fist at the top of the bicep and the other one right here at the inside of the forearm. You're going to attack, stick and then you're going to push it like you're going to push the arm down. And that's going to give them a lot of, extend a lot of energy and increase the chances of your escaping. The attack comes; right there, K. Here it comes. Once the hands attack at the top of the bicep and right here at the forearm, is very uncomfortable and it's an amount of energy that disrupts what you have coming and going. And it makes it easier for you to escape from a circular strike to the side of the head."
