"In kid safety a frontal choke can be extremely scary but there is something you can do utilizing your fist. Your fists are an extremely useful striking implement and that it doesn't take a lot of strength. But if you use your whole body and you stick to it, it gives you a lot more power than you think. If you're getting choked from the front, using both your hammer fists, you're going to attack right above or at the top of the forearm right below the elbow and you're going to bring both of them together. You're going to mentally think about putting the elbows together and as you do that you lower your center and then you start to back out. So you have your hammer fist, you attack the forearm, back out and that's an escape from a frontal choke. And that is a defense against frontal choke."
