"Hi today I'm going to be talking about proper positioning while you're breast feeding in public. When you're out in public and you're at a restaurant or the mall and you need to feed your baby. The ideal thing to do is find comfortable place to sit. Either a chair, maybe a little sofa or even a bench can work. The key to breast feeding in public is to remember your proper positioning. Just like as if you were at home. You want to lean back, have your back supported. You might need a little additional post of your knee to support the baby. But make sure you're not leaning into your baby. Make sure you're leaning back and comfortable. You also want to make sure your baby's alignment is the way it should be for proper latch. Lots of times new moms get nervous when they're breast feeding in public especially the first few times. And they forget the basic proper positioning techniques. So for your baby you want to make sure that her ear, shoulder and hip are all in alignment before you latch her on. In just the next clip we'll be talking about different props that you can use for privacy when you are feeding in public."
