Breastfeeding is the feeding of an infant or baby with milk from a woman's breasts. Babies have a sucking reflex that enables them to suck and swallow milk. With few exceptions, human breast milk is the best source of nourishment for babies. National governments and international organizations promote breastfeeding as the best method of feeding infants in their first two years and beyond. Most U.S. states now have breastfeeding laws, which allow a mother to breastfeed her baby anywhere she is allowed to be. "Hi, I'm Laine Padell Camino from a Mother's Haven and I understand how challenging and frustrating it can be to nurse in public especially for moms of new born who just learning the ropes. So, today I'm going to be showing you some different techniques that can help you nurse in public. When you nursing in public, especially in the beginning, it really helps to have what either called privacy tools or privacy props. Some of these props can include a nursing top like the one I'm wearing that will allows you to have pull a side access and still be covered here and on your belly. Here's my baby doll. Other ones include a nursing cover up, a nursing shawl and we will go over all of these in how to use each of them, a simple blanket that you have in your dipper bag, a sling, and a baby wrap. So that when you're out shopping in the mall or walking around or talking to contractors if you're doing any construction in your house, you will be covered up and you can nurse discreetly in public."
