"Hi! My name is Leslie and I'm from Tampa, Florida, and on behalf of Expert Village this is all about the PTA. Chapter 15: How to contact your local or national PTA organization? If you have any questions that are not answered that are not answered by this video or the PTA site, send you comments or questions to the PTA customer service department. A customer service representative will either respond directly to your question or forward your quarry to the appropriate person at PTA's national headquarters or your state PTA. Due to the large number of quarries received by PTA, you should expect a response to simple quarries within one or two days. More complex quarries may require the input as several staff members or volunteer leadership, and therefore may take longer. The PTA site offers you a simpler way to locate your local PTA by entering the city and state in which you live into the search bar titled find your local PTA. Once you have entered the city and state in the search bar, all schools with a PTA program will be listed. Review the list and if you see that your child's school is not on the list, that means a PTA organization has not been formed in that school. If you are interested in starting a local unit, you can e-mail the national PTA with your questions and concerns. "
