"Hi I'm Liz Hood on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to be talking about taking a baby out on a hike what we're going to be talking over in this segment is the supplies that you absolute must have with you. Always make sure that you have more than enough diapers, they really don't add very much weight to your pack so you know it's easy to over pack and that's okay. Definitely take large ziplock bags these are great because you can dispose of your dirty diapers in them and if your happen to be using cloth diapers you can scrap the poop off it and bury that and put the cloth diaper in a bag until you can actually clean it. Little Aden here is 7 months so he is eating solids for a good portion of his daily feedings so always make sure to bring a disposable spoon which I put in saran wrap, it's disposable but i reuse it, I just clean it off after each time he uses it, and then dry it off. One thing that's good about baby food is that they put it in these nice small containers really good for bringing along to a hike, and always first aide kit that's even if your going with another adult, and of course sunscreen and bug spray and a carrier and a hat for the little guy and your good to go."
